Privacy Policy
Effective April 24, 2026. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how it is disclosed, and the steps we take to protect it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our website, lead forms, membership inquiries, contact requests, and StoreRoom checkout flow. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and any message or form details you choose to send us.
When you make a purchase through StoreRoom, we may collect transaction details such as the items purchased, purchase amount, date and time of purchase, kiosk device information, and receipt email address. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our website or kiosk application.
We may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser details, device details, and basic usage logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website and kiosk services.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- respond to questions, support requests, and membership inquiries;
- process StoreRoom purchases and send purchase receipts;
- maintain business records and customer service history;
- monitor, secure, and improve our website, kiosk, and related services;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
Who We Share Information With
We disclose information only as needed to operate the business and complete requested services. This may include trusted service providers that help us run the website, process payments, deliver receipt emails, prevent fraud, store or host data, and provide related technical support.
For StoreRoom purchases, payment information is disclosed to Stripe for payment processing, fraud prevention, and transaction management. Receipt email information may be disclosed to our email delivery provider for receipt transmission.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or property, to investigate misuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer or reorganization.
How Information Is Disclosed
Information is disclosed electronically through secure web forms, payment processor integrations, receipt email systems, and business software used to manage operations. Disclosures are limited to the information reasonably necessary for the service being performed.
Security Practices
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include HTTPS encryption, restricted access to business systems, vendor-managed security controls, and routine monitoring and maintenance of our applications and infrastructure.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle.
Your Choices
You may contact us to ask questions about information you have submitted through our website or StoreRoom experience. If you need help with a receipt, support issue, or contact record, reach out through our support page.
Policy Updates
